Don’t forget to remove the support scrap once you have finished making the cut.
The next thing to is to place the plumber’s putty all around the bottom edge of the lip of your drain assembly housing. Then you need to carefully press the housing into the hole of the drain and attach the gasket and the washer before tightening up the locknut using a pair of pliers. After that, remove the plumber’s putty excess and gently attach the tailpiece to drain assembly housing with the washer and the slip nut. If you already have the faucet ready in place, slowly turn the sink upside down and apply silicone adhesive to the underside to the sink’s molded lip. Then you can now slowly turn it over and align it carefully right along the countertop’s front edge. Don’t forget to press the lip of the sink firmly in order to form a tighter seal. Allow some time for the adhesive to set and apply latex caulk around its edge and smooth it out using a wet finger, and then you can now set the whole sink in place applying small pressure just enough to ensure a more secure seal.
